Asheville, North Carolina Elopement Photography.
Hi, I’m Leah! I’m a wedding and elopement photographer based just outside Asheville, and I love helping couples elope in the mountains I get to call home.
My style is documentary and true-to-color, so your photos will look the way your day actually felt. I’ll give you a little direction when you need it, but also let the moment exist as it is.
You’ve dreamed of this day and the way it will feel. You want to soak in every hug, every happy tear, every laugh that bubbles up between you and your favorite person. You don’t want stiff poses or a photographer who makes your wedding feel like a photoshoot. You want someone who gets you, who notices the little in-between moments and captures them in a way that feels timeless, genuine, and true. That’s what I’m here for.
Pricing starting at $500/hour.

Every season is different! Fall has the colorful leaves but is the busiest time of year. Spring and summer are lush and green, with wildflowers blooming. Winter is quiet and cozy, but some parts of the Parkway close for weather.
-
Most likely! A lot of popular spots around Asheville, including the Blue Ridge Parkway, require a permit for ceremonies. Every location is different, so I’ll help you figure out exactly what you need once we pick your spot.
-
Yes! I’m happy to be one of your witnesses. If it’s just the two of you, I can help you figure out a second one, too.
-
Both are beautiful! Sunrise means fewer people and sometimes dreamy fog in the valleys. Sunset is warmer and more relaxed, but popular overlooks can get busy. I’ll help you pick based on your location and the season.
-
Absolutely! Weekdays are actually one of my favorite times to photograph elopements. Popular spots are way less crowded, so it feels more private.
-
Weather changes fast in the Carolinas! We’ll keep an eye on the forecast together and have a backup plan ready by 48 hours from your day. Fog is also stunning for photos.

To officially reserve your session or wedding date, you'll complete a contract and pay a 25% retainer. Dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be held without a signed contract and retainer.
